Kia Launches 21 Sorento SUV Accessories in India
Kia has launched a range of 21 accessories for its Sorento SUV in India, offering buyers personalization and enhanced functionality. The Sorento, priced from Rs 27.99 lakh for the diesel variant and Rs 29.49 lakh for the hybrid, competes with India’s D and D+ SUVs and entry-level luxury SUVs from European brands. This lineup aims to raise the ownership experience by allowing customers to tailor their vehicles to their individual tastes and needs.
Exterior Enhancements for Individual Style
The exterior accessories focus on design enhancements and practical additions. Side steps aid entry and exit, particularly for elderly passengers, addressing the Sorento’s ample ground clearance designed for rough roads and mild off-roading. Chrome-lined door visors add a touch of sophistication while providing functionality, and a tailor-made car cover ensures protection from the elements. For a more refined appearance, Satin Silver finishes are available for the front bumper, air vent, and rear tailgate garnishes, offering an elegant alternative to traditional chrome.
A custom key fob cover with precise button cutouts and a separate accessory cover for the NFC-based key card are also on offer. This key card, priced at Rs 1,500, can unlock and start the vehicle and is compatible with other Kia models. However, only one key card can be paired per vehicle, and it must be unpaired from the Sorento before use with another Kia car.

Interior Customization and Practicality
Inside, the Sorento can be customized with various accessories to address specific needs. A sunglass holder straps onto the sun visor, compensating for the lack of a standard holder. The dual 12.3-inch screens can be protected with a screen protector film to prevent scratches, while a storage organizer for the front center armrest maximizes space. Neck rest cushions, premium floor mats, and god idol accessories for the dashboard add comfort and personal touches, reflecting individual preferences.
For rear passengers, Kia offers an Android-based rear entertainment screen as an accessory, priced at around Rs 65,000 per unit. Customers can choose to buy two units, each featuring multiple source inputs for streaming content and a 12MP pop-out camera for video calls. Sunshades for the front and rear quarter windows enhance privacy, while a storage box under the driver’s seat adds practicality. Boot accessories like a trunk sill guard, trunk liner, and pet cover further cater to diverse lifestyles.
